I like the style of this scale but I have to say I'm disappointed that when I stand on the scale the bottom half of the symbols don't appear. They do appear when I step off the scale, but still. I called support manually and didn't get a call, and I left 2 messages a few weeks ago, neither of which got returned. I think this company may be aware of some shortcomings but don't want to take responsibility for them. I will continue to use the scale but will no longer use this company. UPDATE Now only the top half of the icons show if I'm on the scale or not. And I owe more from customer service here. Oh yes, I trust the data shown on the display less now.
