We have to go to school next door. Considering it's in Memphis, it's pretty warm there. Although the wind REALLY picks up in the winter. Last year my kindergarten kid walked BEHIND me to protect himself. I bought 2 of these for my almost 3 year old who is about to start first grade to prepare for the coming winter. I will say they appear small but I also think my 3 year old almost 3 year old has a huge head! For $10 each these are ok, they are very soft.
