I bought a pink one (female), it is clearly for males. I'm sticking with the idea that whatever you wear when running at dusk/dawn should be in a bright and obnoxious color to catch riders' attention - that's how pink worked. But even reduced to the smallest possible size, it was still too big. I gave it to a friend who has lots of hair. It kind of suits her, but only because of her hair, and she can tie a ponytail in the back to keep it up. Although it says "unisex" and gives it a pink hue, it's totally unsuitable for a majority of women, and I suspect men are smaller.
