I purchased this item thinking it was strong enough to withstand the daily grind of a big city. I was wrong, very wrong. The taillight, no matter how many times I inserted into its slot, it would always fall off once o got a big bump, pothole or curb. The last time it fell off it was run over by 2 NYC buses. It worked for like two hours and now it’s kaput. It’s not loud enough to hear in traffic and you don’t even know if it’s working without getting off the bike. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who uses third bike like I do. So now my return window is closed because I didn’t have the original box and now the stuck owner of a useless taillight. Get something else
