First the tape holding the strap lock ripped off (bad glue). Second, the plastic liners for the spring bars popped out when I started installing the spring bars and ripped the rubber side panels (another bad job with the glue and for tubes that really should be metal at this price point). And all before the bracelet is attached to the watch. Also, the strap won't fit anything smaller than a 7-inch wrist, as it's too thick at the ends to wrap tightly into the strap's mounts. The minimum wrist size must be specified in the advertisement. The strap is too expensive for such nonsense.
