After much searching and some help from a friend I decided to buy this battery as a backup for my resmed airsense 10 autoset. Let me tell you this was a vastly cheaper then the ones's made by resmed themselves for this purpose. Now I had read in a review somewhere that the device doesn't like anything above 28 volts. Now this battery is rated at 29.4 volts and one could see where this might be a issue. However, upon getting it and charging it, I tested the voltage. I got 29.2 ok fair enough not a big deal. I fed the full voltage to the resmed airsense 10 autoset and despite being higher then the 24.2 volts the AC adapter produces. It had zero problems with it and powered on without an issue. I'm unsure of what my runtime is at my pressure with humidity and heat off. I'll test that soon enough, but if I think about the runtime from a resmed made purpose built battery. Which is btw rated at 97 Wh hours and says it runs up to three nights then this 156 Wh hour battery should run at the minimum just as long. I'll update this review as I have more time to test and collect data. Also as a side note the manufacturer of this battery makes a cable that is specifically designed to hook the battery up to the cpap I have. You'll need to buy that if you want to use it for this purpose.Update: 2/17/22 Some test results. Without making any changes to my settings (humidifier on and heated tuning, climate control and temp control on auto, pressure at 16) I get 6(rounded up slightly actual value 5 hours 53 minutes) hours. More updates after additional tests.Update:I ran it it without the humidifier and heated hose on for nearly 7 hours. Battery is still at three bars. So it would appear you can get three nights easy out of it at 7 hours. 4 might be possible though.
