These polos are the best I have ever owned. I buy a new color or two every year. Material: Blend of cotton, polyester and spandex. It's thin and breathable, but not as shiny and sticky as a fully synthetic fabric. I think that's a good balance. Fit: These are great if you're a little taller and thinner. I have to wear shirts from most brands to be long enough. However, the average Arcteryx in this polo had just enough length and just enough shoulder room for me to stick with the average. Cons: The thin fabric feels nice, but that means your nipples can sometimes be seen through the fabric.
