Stopped working after 6 weeks

These headphones kept falling out of my ears while running. It got very distracting. They also only turned off once while working, although the battery life was great. They worked again after I charged them. A week later they failed again, making a lot of noise in the ears and shutting down again. This time they didn't intervene. They lasted me about 6 weeks. Not very happy with these headphones.
