A good set for changing babies. It fits my 3 year old now and will fit him as described for at least a few more years. The color and quality of the jacket is very good, as is the hat and mask. The stethoscope is made of hard black plastic, flexible opaque plastic, and black plastic tubing. While the flexible portion seems to hold up well to the flexing and stretching of children, the hard plastic is brittle and about the thickness of a straw. Ours arrived broken and easily fixed (temporarily) with toothpicks and tape.
