I was given this product to help with a hamstring injury I had which turned out to be an upper hamstring tendonitis. The compression helped reduce and in most cases completely eliminate the pain I felt when walking and sitting. A few weeks later the compression felt a little weaker. While my foot felt better at the time than when I first started using it, I still wanted to keep the original compression pressure when ordering the product. Sparthos sends out purchase emails to customers, so that's what happened to me when the problem started to appear. The customer service rep was very helpful and understanding and offered either a full refund or a replacement. I have decided on a replacement which arrived in the mail today. I don't normally leave reviews, but given this company's commitment to making sure their customers are happy with their purchase, it would be wrong not to share my experience.
