I was impressed with the overall performance when I paired it with the AKG D7 through a PA speaker to my mixer. Very easy to use and no connection problems. I don't see any lag in vocals and no lack of tone/original EQ. The volume also depends on the correct adjustment of the original wired setup. So far the distance I can travel is about 70-80 feet inside the church without noticing any signal loss. Battery life should be around 5 hours according to the OEM manual, and we'll see how long it lasts with extended use. Very happy with the purchase of this wireless kit. Updates: The battery is said to last 5 hours, after 2 weeks of regular use I found that my U3's battery doesn't last more than 2-3 hours which resulted in a brief crash. during fellowship last weekend at my church. Not happy with battery performance which means the device is designed for light use rather than heavy use.
