I've wanted garlands for a long time, so I ordered these. I was very reluctant to buy headlights for fear they would overheat and catch fire, but I read that they don't overheat so I was relieved. When I received it in the mail, I was initially a little surprised by the small package. However, when I looked at the lights, I realized that there were quite a few of them, and I felt relieved. They are very long which is perfect for the bedroom. I managed to hang them on the wall in three different places and wrap them in two of the three places three times. They reach over my wall a few times and there's enough left to run across my bedroom door and down the adjacent wall to the outlet. I love that they have a remote control, light settings, dimming and a timer! The timer is perfect for the night! One thing I noticed along with other buyers was that they seemed a little bright to begin with, even in low light. If you're not used to sleeping in any light, it may take some time to get used to. However, what worked for me was setting the lights to the lowest setting and then setting them to the sixth setting, which is a slow blink. I sped up the blinking a bit, and a slight pulsing of the light solved the whole brightness issue. In fact, the headlights do not overheat! I can touch them after a few hours of wearing them and they don't feel hot at all. I definitely recommend these lamps!
