The formula has changed. It's less of a "tingle" now, and more of a burn. Not happy about that at all. The smell is also a bit off-putting. Not sure what has changed since my last purchase 6 months ago, but either it's not the original product in the bottle, or the ingredients have changed. It was never moisturizing, so that's not a minus to the brand, as that's not new. Everyone needs to know that you will NEED a conditioner after using this shampoo. Not a big deal for most women, (or anyone with long-ish hair) as we usually do that step anyway.
