I just came to say how good it is but then I saw reviews saying it's small and not real silk the threads snap and I have to say they aren't should have the same scarf as mine. ! I received the orange printed scarf, it's exactly as pictured, the silk is incredibly thin, it's actually a lot nicer than I expected and now I'm reconsidering my intended use (to cover thin curls for a retro hairstyle) and I can also use when going out! People saying it's too small to walk around on your head? I don't know the size of your head, but my head is BIG and fits mine perfectly. I even went as far as measuring my head for you, it's 22.75 inches in circumference, and even after trying it around my head and under my chin it's 24 inches. If you want it to be a headscarf that can hide your hair and wrap around your neck for religious reasons, no, it probably isn't, but for a vintage pin-up style, this is EXACTLY the scarf you want to need. The exact dimensions of the scarf are: 20" x 20". I think you can expect it to stretch a bit at the weft which means if not treated well you will end up with some exposed areas. ( Why can I think about curlers) But for a bandana, headband, ponytail, or hair wrap a la Rosie the Riveter, yes, it works perfectly.
