I have been using a gooseneck stand for many years. I had to keep tightening the bar to keep it from wobbling and eventually the rubber pads on the stand mount came loose. It was too hard for me to move. This stand is great! It's light, I can adjust the height and tilt the holder in the direction I want. Easy to assemble, I did it in just a few minutes. I am not satisfied with the mobile phone holder. I don't use it at all. I love that I can move this stand from room to room as needed, and my Kindle Fire fits perfectly without shifting or sliding, in landscape or portrait mode. It's used a lot these days!
