I like the idea but I'm not sure if they will solve my problem. I'm a programmer, so I stare at screens all day. Sometimes I have problems with eye strain, headaches and trouble sleeping. I haven't noticed a huge difference since using them, but I haven't had a terrible headache either. I think I'm just skeptical, especially since almost every pair of glasses has passed this "blue light" test. The light they emit and the light-sensitive paper are also deceptive. Photosensitive paper changes color when exposed to a concentrated light source, not just blue light. I ran the same test with a powerful flashlight and got similar results. 4 stars because they look good. Although I can say that they are flimsy and will break sooner or later. Just don't be careless and they'll probably be fine.
