This is a festive and very cute winter dress! I love that aspect. The quality is good too but the neck hole is a nightmare to put my baby's head through even with the button undone. Her head circumference is in the top 90% but I haven't seen a problem with any other garment. The material isn't that stretchy, so it's not very forgiving if you need to give a little.
