So I'm a dad and I'll be honest - I haven't really researched what this dispenser is supposed to be used for but I do know my wife keeps baby oil in it. Maybe that's too much information, but newborn poop can be especially sticky. Sometimes the wipes alone aren't effective enough, so a pump or two of mineral oil from this pump and the wipes will work like magic again. You really don't want to wipe and wipe because baby skin is so sensitive, and it's certainly better than just smearing feces. This little pump next to the tissue warmer is perfect for our changing table and I suppose it has a million other uses but I don't know because I have a tiny "dad" brain.
