I had the same problem as many other reviews - the leather and fabric on the earbud is peeling at the stitching. This happened with both headphones about 8 months after purchase. I used these headphones daily at work but otherwise took care of them. They stayed on my desk at the office, or I carried them home from home in my arms (rather than in a bag with other stuff). I contacted Parrot about this at the end of August and was told that I had to return the headphones. and they will repair or replace them. The representative told me it would take 10 business days after receiving the headphones to ship them back. I shipped my headphones on September 4th and they arrived at the Parrot factory on September 14th. More than three weeks later, in early October, I called them again without hearing anything. The representative told me that they are "changing customer service systems" and that many orders have been secured. She said that my headphones should probably be shipped within a week and that she would email me updates. Two weeks later, in late October, I called again without hearing anything. The representative again stated that he was having problems with the computer but also said that my headphones were expected to be delivered within a week. She also sent me an extra battery as compensation. Two or three weeks later, in mid-November, I still hadn't received a message from Parrot and now being without headphones for over 2 months, I called again, this time to request a refund. I was directed to the manager who promised to take care of my case but refused to return the money. However, a few days later he was able to deliver me a pair of headphones. They arrived on November 24th, two and a half months after I sent the original broken pair to Parrot. He also extended my warranty for another year. However, I ultimately decided to return these Revain headphones. Parrot doesn't acknowledge that this is a widespread problem (although there are a large number of reviews here describing the same problem). So I'm not sure if my new headphones won't fall apart in 6-9 months as well. And I have no desire to go through a similar 3 month repair cycle again. Overall, for $400, I expected more, both in terms of the quality of the product and the timeliness of the support.
