I've tried everything to soften my heels. A pumice stone, fancy clay, a glass pedicure file, a spinning thing you buy at the pharmacy, foot baths! This is by far the best. A close second is the glass pedicure. One side is really rough to break up the crusts and the other side is a finer polish. Finishing file to ensure you have no scratches. You can use it wet or dry. I like to use it wet after a bath. Depending on how bad your legs are, you might want to start slowly. Don't chase after everything the first time. My heels were a little sensitive. And once you get rid of all the gross, you can use the more subtle side to just support it. So far it has held up well in the wet. I will update if anything changes.
