Back pain relieved for several hours

100% satisfied. If you follow the unboxing instructions, you'll love it. It smells strange at first, but after a few hours it goes away. Mine is firmer as it helps my back when sitting (I have back pain and poor posture) but I'm sure it could be softer/fluffier. Loved the back and side pockets. I keep the book in the big one and the glasses in the small one. I'm 5ft 3" and bought a medium size and it fits perfectly. My husband is 6ft 4" and also uses it comfortably (until I kick him out). Highly recommended if you spend more time sitting at home or have back pain.
