These mirrors adjust to a variety of configurations and positions. However, the mirrors do not stay in place at speeds over 30 km/h. If your application goes beyond 30 mph then there is no point in using these mirrors as the primary mirror component will collapse with the airflow and will not stay in place until you lower the 30 mph limit.
