I like that it's easy enough for any recruiter who knows how to use Excel or Google Sheets but powerful enough for more advanced users as well! There are some features which could be improved such as having multiple tabs in one spreadsheet instead of needing separate sheets (I know this isn't possible yet).
Having all my candidates' information together makes finding them easier than before when they were spread out over different systems/spreadsheets etc., We're able to track our pipeline better now too so we can see at what stage each job falls.
