I've used competing brands for years and my only regret is that I didn't purchase OfficeRunner many years ago. I use it as a wireless speakerphone for my ShoreTel phone in the office and with Dragon Naturally Speaking. Both work perfectly. Dragon recognized OfficeRunner right away, and after connecting it to my laptop and installing Dragon, I was ready to run. Connecting to the phone was even easier.
