The seller promises the moon in the description, but the cap does not meet the requirements in the description. First, don't be fooled by the "awkward" look of the photo. It's not much more than your average beanie. If you use it to sleep on long hair, it won't work. The hat doesn't have enough room for your hair and you wake up with loose curls on your head. Despite the statement on the box that the cap is refundable/returnable if you are not satisfied, the seller sent me the original email saying they did not want to return the cap and would refund me 50%. That means I have a cap that I can't use and I have to pay $10 for the privilege of ordering something that doesn't meet the expectations stated in the cap description. The seller came back after I informed them that I would leave negative feedback and refunded the full amount. They apologized and suggested I learn how to use it properly (hmm, not sure how long it takes to learn it here).
