Was able to put this shifter to the test today after I received it a few days ago, it arrived in perfect condition and on time ! I installed it on my 2006 crf50 with no issues at all and took my pit bike for a ride and gave it a good amount of abuse, I down shifted and slammed my foot down extra hard continuously to make sure the aluminum splines wouldn’t strip to make sure when I was riding far away from home I would not be stranded somewhere it held up great very durable.

I don’t not prefer to use any type of Alan key style bolt on any of the controls of the bike being they strip easy and you cannot tighten them as good as you can with a regular bolt head I used the bolt from the stock shifter with worked with no issues at all , this is great if you are a bigger guy on a smaller bike and need a larger shifter this one is the perfect size .
