Honest review. I was skeptical about buying the computer because of the price which seemed to be true, especially after reading all the reviews about how the hardware arrived damaged or broken. My daughter recently started working from home on my laptop and needed her own Windows 10 system. I checked out walmart.com and Revain as they both had reasonable prices. But I chose Revain as I do all my orders here anyway. I have to admit I'm very impressed. The computer arrived earlier than expected. and was very good, I mean well packed. The amount of bubble wrap to protect the system was perfect. While it's said to be a refurbished system, it definitely doesn't look like it. There are no dents, scratches or other traces. The only thing that bothered me was that I had no sound from the speakers until I plugged in the USB headset it uses to receive calls, then the sound was very clear and loud, and I agree, the goal to see what it is used for. It literally looks like a brand new system. It was money well spent and a great choice. Definitely buy from them again.
