I used to clean the upper ear piercing. I have trouble sleeping and this worked and worked much faster. It cleaned my skin and removed the swelling from the earrings that were caught on the pillowcase. I wish I had known that a long time ago. I use it once a week on my 6 month old piercing and have had no problems since. must try to use folds
