This is a piece of plastic that has been etched so it sparkles in the light @ the base is visible when etched. The acrylic is thick enough so I doubt it will crack. The paper was a bit difficult to remove to avoid scratching it in transit, but the light itself is quite effective. The various lights work well and from a few meters away in the dark the dolphins appear to be floating in mid-air. (I think I was hoping for more of a "projection effect" but other than that it's a decent light.)
