This is a great mount but the troubleshooting instructions and manual in general could be better. We kept getting the E2 error and eventually we were sent a copy of the manufacturer's manual on how to fix the problem. Press and hold the down arrow for 5-10 seconds to restart the lift. Because of this, I returned a few. I noticed my 3rd device finally had this in the instructions. I give it 5 stars because it works incredibly well. Just fix these instructions.
