At first glance this seemed like a great product. My son (8 years old), who doesn't have his own mobile phone, wanted a fitness tracker. My husband synced this to his phone and set it up for our son. It worked great. Until we realized our 8 year old was getting all of my husband's text messages. We have contacted customer support to resolve this issue but the only option is to unsync which means the time, date and most features will not work. This rendered the item virtually unusable out of frustration. This is strange as this is a product for young children who, logically, do not have their own mobile phone and use their parents' phone. There must be a way to turn off the SMS feature.
