I like the colors in the book. He has many small projects with tiny pieces of fabric. The colors are so fresh, juicy and summery, nothing gray or grumpy. Many different techniques are used in the projects, from stitching to hexagons to crazy exits and appliques. There is a wide range of small handbags and pouches, as well as some purely decorative designs. Several small quilts and a 69x69 quilt. All projects come with step-by-step instructions with illustrated illustrations. The book is inspirational and fun to read. I received a free digital copy of the book from NetGalley.
