Love these... They have all the options I wanted and more. Watched, compared, you-tubed; even recorded for over a year. I've seen them and they come with an amazing warranty and guarantee so I was like what the heck... Ever since I've had them; I bought a pair of Samsung headphones to compare and won't be keeping a Samsung. Aside from the nearly $80 price difference; Differences are tiny. The sound is almost the same; neither Bose nor JBL, but both sound very good. I know they think I'm crazy at work, for the last 2 weeks I've been switching between them all day. Samsung has a slightly shorter range, I can't get that far from my phone. The Samsung headphones actually fall short in several areas, they're not waterproof, just waterproof, the charge doesn't last as long, the case isn't a portable charger for other electronics, and the touchpads aren't as responsive. Both have the same touch functionality, except in the case of the Samsung, you have to choose what you want the tap and hold feature to do. You'll need to change the touchpad's "touch and hold" function if you want something different than what it's programmed for; I wanted to turn the volume up and down and it's set to voice command (you only have 4 options, you have to choose 1, you can't have all 4; voice command, quick environment, environment volume down (left) up (right). ) changed , so there is no longer a voice command via the earpiece. As for personal preference, Samsung beeps every time you press it to do something and it bugs me. What I really like about Samsung is the in-app headphone search function, but that wasn't a deciding factor for me... I can't justify the price difference compared to that. I have to touch my phone to do anything other than make sure Bluetooth is on. I reluctantly tested them for waterproofing (is that a word? LOL) one accidentally dropped in soapy water made me throw up turning over and rinsing thoroughly Works great so far and still sounds good Of course there are other good and bad differences between the two; I have only addressed those that were important to me and were the deciding factors in my final purchase. If you aren't a label snob and need to own a big brand name this is a great buy and I have an extra $80 for shoes OH JOY!
