No longer usable, filling material is leaking (UPDATED 10/23)

This comforter was great until a few nights I woke up with filler strewn all over my bed. I'm not sure what happened as I was only there for a few days. The hole must be small though because I can't find it just from a quick search, but since I took it off the bed my sleep has become less prickly. UPDATED REVIEW: This company's customer service is amazing. You can see from the comments that their comforters rarely leak, so I was sad that mine was weird. They contacted me after I submitted my review and offered to send me a new one! I love the duvet and definitely noticed my sleep pattern changed when I had to stop using it. I'm so happy to get another one. Thanks very much! REVIEW UPDATED: 10/23/18 No. I'm done with this blanket. Their customer service is great but the blanket sucks which is a shame because I liked how it worked. I hesitated to try again given the first ones I got. I took it straight out of the box a few days ago. The first night I used it, I could already feel a sand-like texture on the bed. I've tried to pass it off as something else. Who knows what I might have dragged to bed. But the second night the bed was covered with what was in the duvet. It was so awful. Unfortunately, she has lost all hope of getting one of these blankets. Sleeping in the sandbox is not worth it. I really wish I could just go back and get rid of them, but now I'm stuck with another one that I'll probably just have to throw out.
