I bought this pillow for my mother to help her recover from her knee surgery. The pillow comes in a very flat packaging. It's actually hard to believe that such a soft plush pillow can come in such a flat pack, but it does! I ordered the blue pillow and it's very comfortable and also has a handle so it's easy to transport. Once you take it out of the box you can stuff it and give it a plush shape. My mom found it very comfortable to use as she gets extra support for her back when "resting".
