I had very low expectations of this product making a difference. The "pre-cleaning" seemed like a gimmick. I tried this because it's often found in Dermatologica guides. It wasn't too expensive compared to what I had already invested and since I was getting good results why not. Now I am almost certain that he will always be available to me. It's gentle and effective. I use it to remove eye makeup. It ruins my lip feel and it can come off. Since it destroys everything my other products seem to be more effective. I currently consider this an important step in my overall skincare routine.
