The scale was delivered in two days which was a very pleasant surprise. It is quite light and has a very nice design. The lower center white rectangle under the weight display window is actually transparent, which allows the scale to blend into the bathroom floor. It was very easy to set up, so it compares my previous weight, three and seven weigh-ins, and shows the loss in the green window or the gain in the red window. This is sort of an instant reward and recognition when you're actively trying to lose weight. Why pay more for another scale brand that doesn't? When it first turned on, I weighed myself, then took a known weight and weighed again. It accurately reflected the changes. I then weighed myself again without the weight and the scale returned to its original weight. I have great confidence in their repeatability, which is far more than I can say about the more expensive scales used at the hospital where I work. It exceeds my expectations, there is no excuse to give it up for another brand.
