These knee pads are among the best on the market in my opinion. They are often used during my workouts, weight training. They provide excellent knee support in both flexion and compression, especially when lifting. You are cozy. The material is breathable, reducing the amount of sweat that accumulates in this area. The only areas of concern were probably internal stitching and adhesion, lack of quality control/maintenance controls. Adhesion is similar to the feel of latex and will diminish over time with frequent use. (Small background, they are usually used 3-5 times a week. This is my second pair since October 2017.) Overall a great product that I will continue to buy from Mava.
