The best thing about cherry was its ability to track all activities related with our projects. It provided us insights regarding project progress as well as project risks & issues. Also it helped in reducing risk by providing an easy way of tracking work done or not within each task associated with project which ultimately leads to better control over budgeting process. One can easily integrate this tool with MS Excel to create dashboard views for different metrics like status of tasks, time taken etc. And also one can use Power BI service to visualize those dashboards. I would recommend using cherry if you wish to keep things transparent while managing your team's efforts along with keeping abreast of overall project performance. We have been able to effectively monitor every single activity that relates to any given project through cherry management system and hence we've improved upon our communication skills too.
