I wanted to put two trash cans under two sinks to separate landfill trash and compostable/recyclable materials. For me they were perfect as they are (small) 7.7" diameter at the top x 9.1" high and tapering to about 5.5" at the bottom, so be careful with the measurements to see if they suit you fit. There are many colors, I used teal and turquoise, one was opaque, the other more solid. In addition, they do not rust and are easy to clean. I haven't tried washing them in the dishwasher, there must be dirt on the bottom. I usually put some toilet paper on the floor for easy cleaning or not at all.
