Not the advertised device!

Unit arrived earlier than expected BUT it is not the same unit as shown/pictured. This is nothing like the air vent pictured not only on this page but also in the instruction manual! The machine has the same model number, but something is wrong. It gives off practically no airflow. The vent is half the size of the model in the photo and my current Haier air conditioner (10000 BTU) which is dying. If Honeywell has changed a model's design etc. please update your website so we know what we are buying. If it's 14000 BTU then it sucks.
