Review on Fila FL BP 1769 WT Backpack White 12 by Jonathan Olson

My 8th grader has been using this backpack since he started 6th grade. I bought it on sale at a department store, so it was actually a little more expensive than this. He takes his lunch to school, so he needs a backpack to fit his lunch box, gym clothes and any books/binders he needs for school. This backpack is the best. He spares him in no way. He also uses it for overnight trips, vacations, and swimming in the pool in the summer. The pack is just starting to wear out and the only thing the loop at the top for hanging is starting to open at one point on the seam and the lining is starting to unravel. It still works, but one day the arm could fail completely and he won't be able to hang it up again. My youngest has the exact same thing, only grey. Last year I had to reinforce the stitching as he's very rough on his backpacks (they wave/throw and bang around with them and also just the messy loading and closing of the bag). I was very happy with it. worked with it for a year before it showed wear. I usually have to buy him a backpack every 4-5 months before buying this one. After sewing it up and using it for the past year it now has a 2 inch stain on the lining between the two large pockets that is starting to tear at the seam. Again, that's because my youngest child stuffs everything into his pocket as hard and fast as he can. A small seam tear doesn't bother him, so he will be using it again this year because he likes it so much. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they make it through 3rd year, but if not I don't mind and will buy them again. I hope this review is helpful to others.
