quality overall impeccable! I gave this wallet to my boyfriend for his birthday this year before Christmas. I opened the box upon receipt and it smelled like leather which was a good sign. The skin is soft and supple. So much better than I expected! My friend loves it and uses it for his daily wallet. Very happy with this purchase!
