If you really need 41" - DO NOT ORDER THIS BELT. I was planning to wear this to a wedding and was specifically looking for a beaded belt that sells in inches rather than S,M,L. Unfortunately, the sellers did not publish true measurements. It was 4 inches shorter, making it unwearable. In all the confusion before and after the wedding I completely forgot and missed the return window.
