They are always very responsive to our requests for help, they do their best to meet deadlines or make accommodations if needed (for example allowing us to email an attorney rather than having them physically present). Can be quite expensive, but that is no secret when it comes to any legal matter. We were being sued by another party who was selling counterfeit goods using images we owned under license agreements with brands like KODAK, REDDIRECTION etc. The lawsuit involved trademark issues around color matching which can sometimes lead to confusing results since these items were intended only for retail customers in other countries where colors might look different compared to western products due to cultural differences. F&S helped resolve this issue at mediation without going through trial. We used to work with them for our IP portfolio, they were very responsive and helpful during that time. I don't think we had any issues then but it was great working with people like John Friel who is now running their IP practice group. They didn't have an office here so there wasn't much interaction between us other than once or twice per year when things needed to get signed off by senior management.
