After you've avoided getting hit twice, it's time to take matters into your own hands. It was one of the best purchases I've ever made when it comes to my car. I drive a Mazda 6 and there is a discrepancy between the rear view mirror and the side mirror because the side mirror narrows itself and even with the mirrors adjusted I still found this to be a very deadly hazard especially when both mirrors were clear. and the average car took about 3-5 seconds to get out of my blind spot. There are no blind spots with this rearview mirror, making lane changing much easier and definitely more efficient when maneuvering through traffic. It takes a while to get used to, I'd say use it as soon as you get it and take it around the block with you to see how you like it.
