This is a good material, feels nice, but something is wrong with the tolerances. I have the original Xbox One controller, but when I attach the replacement case I can't use the D-Pad (bottom or left). The D-Pad is loose enough to move, but can't be depressed enough to hear a click or reveal the Xbox, that I press it. This defeats the purpose of buying a new case when the specified wrapper disables controller functions. Update: Looks like the tolerances are fine, it should just be off center. This is the only thing I can think of as the normal shell works fine and the new one just disables the down/left arrows. The sticker on the controller is also very inconsistent. Most (half?) of the blue fire looks like a high-resolution image, but other parts of the fire look pixelated and of low quality (see images). which comes to mind since the normal shell works fine and the new one just disables the down/left arrows.
