Legs don't snap so they fold back all the time which isn't secure for a laptop so a cup holder doesn't make sense and the cup holder is about a half Inches deep so again not a safe place to sit next to a computer or laptop and store liquids. I could forgive that, though if those darn legs were locked in the open position so the whole thing wouldn't fall apart when you move the device to stand up or move your body. Also, if you try to push your legs back while holding up part of the table, it's very easy to get your hand or finger caught, and it hurts!
