Fine, but mine broke after a few months
That's a cool gear knob of course. It adds a lot of leverage to really get going, making it a lot more fun to ride. But having had it since February 2018 and still in Georgia the heat made it crackle which added a cool effect that I think is cool. But be aware that this can happen to anyone who buys it. Still a great looking and great feeling shift knob.
