The keyboard pad and mouse pad came in a long, flat, rectangular box. After unpacking, I noticed that the mouse pad fits into the box when folded. Because of this rolling, the mouse pad itself is constantly wavy, and nothing I do will straighten the mouse pad. It wouldn't matter much if it wasn't for the fact that these flatness errors in the mat were causing my mouse's sensor to degrade, making my cursor unstable and erratic. A very bad packaging design that turned a good product into a completely useless one.
